This model incorporates a robust chuck with automatic four-jaw clamping, accommodating rim diameters from 14 inches to 40 inches. A key advantage of the Service Pro 440 tire changer is its versatility. It supports tires with a maximum diameter of 90.5 inches (2300 mm) and a width of up to 43 inches (1100 mm). Its adjustable hydraulic clamping arms and bead-breaking system can easily accommodate both standard truck tires and oversized off-road tires. The bead breaker exerts up to 28,000 N (6295 lbf) of force, allowing fast and effective separation of beads without damaging the rim. The chuck rotates between 5 and 9 rpm and delivers a maximum torque output of 4500 Nm (3319 lbf-ft), providing the power needed to handle the largest tires with ease. These specifications allow workshops to complete complex jobs quickly while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

The control console is designed for operator convenience and safety. Its intuitive layout and responsive controls provide smooth operation, while the semi-automatic configuration gives the technician flexibility to manage rotation, positioning, and pressure manually when required.
