Our fully Pressure Lubricated QP Max Package 2-Stage Compressor is designed for extended service life, with pump longevity exceeding 60,000 hours. It features a 1750 RPM industrial motor built for continuous operation in demanding work environments. The compressor includes an electronic automatic tank drain that minimizes condensation, and a mounted air-cooled aftercooler to extend pump life.

This model boasts a heavy-duty cast iron 2-stage pump with aluminum heads, complemented by graphite cylinder and head gaskets to ensure positive sealing and durability. Its 100% continuous duty cycle operation is supported by a spin-on oil filter that lengthens compressor life and improves reliability. Protection features include a low oil pressure switch shutdown and a magnetic starter providing thermal overload protection.

Lubrication is enhanced through a gerator positive displacement oil pump, which pressurizes oil to critical components such as the crankshaft, bearings, and rods, reducing wear. Stainless steel reed valves with valve bumpers maximize strength and efficiency, while cast iron cylinders with a high-efficiency fin and tube intercooler reduce interstage temperatures for optimal performance and durability.
